Arrival in Lhasa Altitude: 3,650 m, Welcome to the Roof of the World! Upon arrival at Lhasa Gonggar Airport or the train station, your Tibetan guide will greet your family and assist with a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day: Acclimatization and relaxation. Overnight: Lhasa
Lhasa – Potala Palace & Jokhang Temple Begin your cultural discovery with a guided visit to the majestic Potala Palace, the spiritual and political heart of old Tibet. Afterward, experience the deep devotion at Jokhang Temple, followed by a walk through the bustling Barkhor Street, where your family can browse prayer wheels, traditional crafts, and local snacks. Lhasa – Yamdrok Lake – Gyantse – Shigatse, Altitude: Up to 3,800 m, Embark on a scenic drive crossing the Kampa La Pass with panoramic views of Yamdrok Lake, a turquoise jewel amid snow-capped peaks. Continue to Gyantse, home to the iconic Kumbum Stupa, and proceed to Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet. Overnight: Shigatse
Shigatse – Nanling – Seling Tso – Balgon Altitude: Approx. 4,200 m, Venture off the beaten path through vast highland terrain to the serene Seling Tso, one of Tibet’s largest salt lakes. Enjoy a lakeside picnic or short walk before heading into the nomadic region of Balgon, where your family can observe traditional Tibetan herding life. Overnight: Balgon
Balgon – Bamu Tso – Namtso – Lhasa Set out across open pastures to the hidden lake of Bamu Tso, a quiet and lesser-known gem. Continue onward to the sacred Namtso Lake, renowned for its surreal beauty and spiritual atmosphere. After lakeside exploration, return to Lhasa. Overnight: Lhasa

Exclusive Tour Services (Not Included) 1.Chinese Visa – Not included. If you require assistance with the visa application process, feel free to contact us for guidance. 2.International Flights – Airfare to and from China or Nepal is not covered. 3.Travel to/from Tibet – Flight or train tickets into or out of Tibet are excluded. If you need help with booking, we’re happy to assist upon request. 4.Single Room Supplement – Tour pricing is based on double occupancy (twin-sharing rooms). If you prefer a private room or room-sharing is unavailable, an additional supplement applies. Please consult your travel advisor for exact rates. 5.Meals Outside Itinerary – Lunch and dinner while in cities, as well as all meals outside of Lhasa and Shigatse, are at your own expense. 6.Tips & Gratuities – Tips for the guide and driver are not included. We suggest budgeting around $7 USD per person per day for both, based on the quality of service received. 7.Force Majeure & Emergencies – Any extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, traffic restrictions, lost items, visa or flight delays/cancellations, travel insurance, medical treatment, etc.) are not covered. 8.Personal Expenses – Items of a personal nature such as laundry, souvenirs, phone usage, and similar are not included.
