Shigatse – Everest Base Camp (5200m) Visit Tashilunpo Monastery, then drive through Himalayan valleys, crossing Gawula Pass (5198m) to reach Everest Base Camp. EBC – Kyirong (2800m) Catch sunrise at Everest, visit Rongbuk Monastery, and hike to EBC. Then drive to Kyirong, passing Mt. Shishapangma and Pekutso Lake, and crossing Ghungtang Lhamo Pass (5236m). Distance: ~370km / 8–9h Overnight Kyirong Town
